2. About Adonai Estate Limited

Adonai Estate Limited is a real estate development company incorporated in Ghana, with its principal place of business at Ho Nursing Training entrance, Ho, Volta Region, Ghana. The company develops and sells land in designated estates across the Volta Region and beyond.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not:

All property listings, pricing, availability, and estate information displayed on the Site are provided for general informational purposes only. While Adonai Estate Limited makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site:

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Plot availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until a formal purchase agreement is executed.
• Images, renderings, and 3D masterplans displayed on the Site are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the final state of any estate or plot.
• The display of a listing on this Site does not constitute an offer to sell. A binding agreement is only formed upon execution of a formal sale and purchase agreement between Adonai Estate Limited and the buyer.

5. Land Documentation

Land transactions in the Volta Region are governed by the Deed Registry system. At the conclusion of a purchase, Adonai Estate Limited provides the client with a site plan and indenture. Registration of the indenture at the Lands Commission is not automatically included in a land purchase and is a separate service. Clients who wish to register their documents at the Lands Commission may do so independently or engage Adonai Estate Limited to facilitate this as a paid standalone service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, estate renderings, and masterplan visuals, is the property of Adonai Estate Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
