Adonai Estate Limited was founded by Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai, who serves as the Founder and Group CEO. He holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MPhil in Finance, and is a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

You should keep your documents in a safe place. You may choose to register your indenture at the Lands Commission yourself for additional security, or you can engage us to do this on your behalf as a paid service.
Once you have received your documentation and your plot has been demarcated, you are free to develop your land. We recommend ensuring all documentation is in order before commencing any construction.
You are free to resell your plot. As the documented owner, the land is yours to deal with as you choose. Our Sell Your Land service is also available if you need assistance finding a buyer.
Yes. Through our subsidiary Adonai Engineering and Construction Limited, we can assist with construction and development on your plot. Contact us to discuss your plans.

You can start by contacting us directly by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. Our team will guide you through the available estates, plot options, and pricing, and walk you through the purchase process from start to finish.
Once your initial deposit is received, you are assigned a plot number in your chosen estate. This secures your plot while you complete the remaining payments.
Once full payment is made, we begin processing your documentation. Your site plan and indenture will be ready within 2 to 12 weeks depending on the estate and workload at the time.
At the conclusion of your purchase, Adonai Estate Limited provides you with a site plan and an indenture. These are your primary land ownership documents.
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to make land ownership accessible. Contact us to discuss the options available for your chosen estate.
Yes, and we encourage it. Contact us to arrange a site visit so you can see the land for yourself before making any commitment.

No. You do not need to be physically present in Ghana to purchase a plot. Our team can facilitate the entire process remotely, from estate selection through to documentation.
Yes. You can authorise a representative in Ghana to act on your behalf. We recommend that any such arrangement be formalised with the appropriate legal documentation.

Yes. Once your documentation is in place, your ownership is recorded. We recommend registering your indenture at the Lands Commission for additional security, which we can assist with as a separate service.

Yes. Adonai Estate Limited is a duly registered company operating in Ghana. We are a member of GREDA (Ghana Real Estate Developers Association) and a founding member of VRARED (Volta Region Association of Real Estate Developers).
We specialise in litigation-free land. Every plot we sell has been thoroughly vetted to ensure it is free of disputes, encumbrances, and legal complications. Our clients receive proper documentation and peace of mind with every purchase.
At the conclusion of a purchase, we provide you with a site plan and an indenture. These are the standard land ownership documents in the Volta Region.
The Volta Region uses a Deed Registry, not a Title Registry. Title registration does not apply in the Volta Region.
No. Registration of your indenture at the Lands Commission is not automatically included in a land purchase. After receiving your documents, you may register independently at the Lands Commission yourself, or you may engage Adonai Estate Limited to handle this on your behalf as a separate paid service.
Your site plan and indenture will be ready within 2 to 12 weeks after full payment is confirmed.
Yes. All land sold by Adonai Estate Limited is litigation-free. We conduct thorough due diligence on every plot before it is made available for sale.
We always encourage prospective buyers to seek independent legal counsel before entering into any land transaction. Our documentation is thorough, but independent advice gives you additional peace of mind.
We currently have seven estates: Airport Golf City, UHAS Florida City, Shiloh City, Leaders City, Volta Safari City, Shai Hills Golf City Resort, and Millennium City.
Our estates are spread across the Volta Region and beyond. Airport Golf City, UHAS Florida City, Shiloh City, and Leaders City are in Ho. Volta Safari City is in Sogakope. Shai Hills Golf City Resort is at Shai Hills. Millennium City is in Kpetoe.
All plots across all estates are 100 by 70 feet.
Our most affordable plots start from GHS 7,000 and GHS 9,000. Contact us for details on which estates these are available in.
Millennium City in Kpetoe is currently coming soon. Pricing will be announced. Contact us to register your interest.
Yes. Every estate developed by Adonai Estate Limited has been thoroughly vetted and is litigation-free. This is our core promise to every client.
Prices vary by estate. Starting prices are as follows: Airport Golf City from GHS 15,000, UHAS Florida City from GHS 25,000, Shiloh City from GHS 55,000, Leaders City from GHS 35,000, Volta Safari City from GHS 35,000, and Shai Hills Golf City Resort from GHS 45,000. Some estates also have plots available from GHS 7,000 and GHS 9,000. Millennium City pricing is to be announced.
