What This Service Covers
At Adonai Estate Limited, land sales are built on one core promise: every plot we sell is litigation-free, with estate ownership and survey documentation verified before sale. We offer plots across four master-planned estates in the Volta Region. Sign your Purchase Agreement before payment. Your 30% deposit secures a plot and the agreed price; your plot number is assigned after full payment. We then prepare your free Site Plan and free Indenture within 2 to 12 weeks. Lands Commission registration is available separately as a paid service.

Your free Site Plan and free Indenture are prepared within 2 to 12 weeks after full payment. This covers preparation only. Digital scans follow when ready; your representative can collect the originals or we can arrange delivery at your expense.

3, 6 & 12-Month Payment Plans
Secure your plot with a 30% initial deposit and spread the remaining 70% balance over 3 months (0% financial charge), 6 months (10% charge), or 12 months (20% charge).

Originals can be collected by your authorised representative or delivered at your expense. Collection and delivery are outside the preparation timeframe.

Want Your Own Lawyer or Representative to Review First?
Estate ownership and survey documentation are verified before sale. Your individual free Site Plan and free Indenture are prepared after full payment. You are welcome to have an independent lawyer review the documentation or arrange an in-person or virtual tour before you commit.
Land Registration at the Lands Commission
Already have your site plan and indenture and want to register your indenture at the Lands Commission? Adonai Estate Limited can handle the full registration process on your behalf as a standalone, paid service. Our team is experienced in navigating the registration process efficiently, ensuring your documentation is formally lodged and legally protected. This service is available to both existing Adonai clients and independent landowners.
