Purchase Process
Sign the Purchase Agreement before making any payment. A 30% deposit secures a plot in your chosen estate or zone and locks the agreed price. Pay the remaining 70% over 3 months (0% financial charge), 6 months (10% charge on the remaining balance), or 12 months (20% charge on the remaining balance). Your plot number is assigned after full payment.
Your installment period starts on the deposit date. The first monthly installment is due one month later, followed by monthly payments over your chosen 3, 6, or 12 months. For example, a deposit paid on 15 January means the first installment is due on 15 February.
Free Documents and Delivery
After full payment, your free Site Plan and free Indenture are prepared within 2 to 12 weeks. This timeframe covers document preparation only. We send digital scans when ready. Physical originals can be collected by your authorised representative or delivered at your expense. Lands Commission registration is available separately as a paid service.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by your signed Purchase Agreement. Please review it before making any payment.
