A little over a decade ago, navigating the land market in the Volta Region was a daunting task for the average Ghanaian. Stories of multiple sales of the same plot, endless litigation, and forged documents were common. In 2014, Rev. Dr. Bright Adonai recognized this profound trust deficit and founded Adonai Estate Limited. His vision was simple yet revolutionary: to provide land that was absolutely free from litigation and backed by transparent, legally sound documentation.
