Staff Capacity Building Workshop

On May 26, 2023, our organization successfully hosted a significant event on our calendar, the Staff Capacity Building Workshop. The purpose of this year’s training was to enhance the capacity, performance, and overall productivity of our company. Additionally, we introduced our staff to a new Clients Management System, which we will soon implement.

We were privileged to have Mrs. Semenyo Bans Lagble, the former Manageress of GCB Bank Plc-Ho, as our honoured guest. She shared invaluable insights on delivering exceptional customer service and more. Her expertise and knowledge truly enriched our workshop.

Furthermore, Mr. Richmond Kwame Dzadey, the Acting Relationship Manager of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB)-Ho Branch, conducted an insightful session on contemporary sales strategies and the importance of maintaining strong marketing relationships. His expertise provided us with valuable tools for success in today’s competitive market.

To crown the event, our esteemed Chief Executive Officer, Rev Dr. Bright Adonai, delivered an engaging lecture on maximizing productivity in the workplace. His words of wisdom and guidance will undoubtedly inspire our staff to achieve their best.

During the workshop, our staff had the opportunity to learn and network with colleagues from various branches and subsidiaries. This created a collaborative atmosphere and fostered the exchange of ideas and experiences.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our two external resource persons, Mrs. Semenyo Bans Lagble and Mr. Richmond Kwame Dzadey. Their willingness to share their excellent knowledge and vast experience was invaluable to the success of the workshop.

Once again, we would like to thank everyone who participated in making this Staff Capacity Building Workshop a resounding success. Together, we have taken a significant step towards enhancing our capabilities and achieving greater excellence as an organization.
