Founded in 2014, Adonai Estate Ltd is described as the supermarket for the sale of litigation-free lands for commercial and residential purposes in Ho and other parts of the country, With over 10 sites designated for estate development, we are
poised to building the biggest city close to Ho in the Volta Region called the Adonai Estate Airport Golf City. We currently have a client base of over 3000 who have purchased over 4500 plots of our lands.
Since the start of the Adonai Estate Airport Golf City project in 2020, we have built the reputation of offering potential homeowners flexible means of land acquisition. We successfully made land acquisition a hustle-free for many low- and middle-income earners through our flexible payment terms of as low as GHC180.00 monthly instalment payment for 36 months.

This is a type of land Investment that allows the individual/corporate organization to acquire a piece of land at a preferred location from the company of which he or she is guarantee a 20% appreciation on the land after a period of one year. The individual/corporate organizations can choose to develop the land or sell after the one-year period. The appreciation is charged on only the individual/corporate organizations that intend selling their land after the one-year period but not on those who intend developing the land.
This is a type of Land Investment that allows the individual/corporate organizations to buy land from the company at a preferred location and is allowed to pay weekly or monthly amount of at least GHC 200.00 for a maximum period of two years.

Rev. Bright Adonai is a holder of PhD. and a member of the Institute of Chartered Marketers (CIMUK) with over 10 years’ combined experience as an Entrepreneur in the Real Estate Industry.
He is the founder of Volta Regional Association of Real Estate Developers and National Association of Research Students Ghana.
He holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He successfully completed his Diploma in Education and Bachelor of Administration in Accounting at the University of Education, Winneba.
He also holds an HND in Accounting from the Ho Technical University. Rev. Bright began his career with the Ho Technical University in 2009 as a Teaching Assistant, and a substantive Lecturer at the University of Education, Winneba. Rev. Dr. Bright’s love for Entrepreneurship and the desire to see well-built communities spring in the Volta Region drove him to starting the Adonai Estate Limited in 2014. Pastor Bright also doubled as a Pastor at the Healing Jesus Mission International, Hodzo-Wayanu branch (Airport Golf City) serving under Bishop Wisdom Eli Tsyi, the Bishop of Ho council.
